SAFE AND CONTACTLKESS PRODUCING PROCESS

 

In Zarhia one of our priorities is to produce a healthy product, within a hygienic process and our ISO and HACCP certificates are a proof to this matter.

After the pan demy, our health measures has become more and more strict and we ensure our customers that our products are produced in a healthy and sanitized environment and we do the protocols daily in several steps. 

 

Some of the measures and methods we implement for food safety:

 

At the entrances to halls

All staff are disinfected and sanitized by spraying alcohol in 360 degrees when they are entering the hall, at the entrances to the halls.

 

PCR test

All our employees, without any exception, perform PCR tests on a weekly basis, and after the test results are negative, they enter the factory and are committed to follow the health protocols in their personal lives.

 

Gloves

All the staff use sterile gloves. These gloves have a health standard certification and employees change their gloves every time they leave the production zone.

 

Mask

All the staff use standard 5-layered masks constantly and under any circumstances, and these masks are changed every 4 hours in an open area.

 

Sanitized production zone

At the end of each work shift and when personnel are not present, all areas, where the products will come into contact are automatically disinfected by UV-C radiation and the entire factory is disinfected weekly by a reputable cleaning company.

 

Sanitizer

Our factory, office and every vehicle that enters the factory are disinfected by 70% alcohol solution.

 

Logistics

All our products are covered with two layers of adhesive plastic and cellophane to protect them from contamination during transportation and reaching to your table.

 

Social distance

All staff are located at a suitable distance from each other in the production area and during the production process.

 

The materials

All our raw materials, tools and packaging containers are washed and disinfected when they are entered to the factory and before the production process.
