Refund and Returns Policy


We do our best to deliver products correctly, on time and in excellent condition. If there is a problem with the purchased item for any reason (improper shipping or any other problem) when you received the product, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery.


Evidence such as photos and videos may be required to prove damages.  Khayar’s responsibility is limited to the value of the product.


This warranty does not apply in the following instances:

  • The taste of the product
  • Shipping delay
